Customer Terms and Conditions
Please read this document before ordering any goods and or services from Pexon PCs.
When ordering from PexonPCs, you agree to be bound to these Terms and Conditions.
Any materials/ equipment products supplied by PEXON PCs for any DIY installation by yourself will not be covered by any guarantee. Should you install our materials, equipment / products in error including your own damage to your personal property PEXON PCs are not responsible. Pexon PCs are also not responsible for personal accident of your own making while using products supplied by PEXON PCs.
-Unless otherwise stated, all work will be completed when the customer has paid, in full, for products and services.
- All custom orders can take up to 20 working days in manufacture dependent on our workload.
- It is important to note that all sleeving colours listed on the website are subject to slight variations in colour. We buy from reputable suppliers and will make every effort to display good quality images of our product range however the hue of the colour may be slighty different in some instances. Pexon are not responsible for the variations in colour shading.
-No work will be released until all invoices have been paid and payment received in full.
All work comes with standard warranty on parts. (Please note that warranty cannot be offered on any modified part, this includes watercooling components, watercooled parts, sleeved cables (power or signal), sleeved power supplies or any other modified part). We cannot be held responsible for any damage to items or systems including sleeved cables, (power or signal), systems including sleeved power supplies, watercooling components, modified cases, or any other modified part.
Standard warranty on all USB, PC, Audio Cables is 6 months from date of purchase.
Warranty will be null and void if damage is caused by excessive mishandling and mistreatment, i.e stretching coiled cables and audio cables, twisting and uncoiling cables, removal of connectors and shrink tubing.
Warranty will be null and void if damage caused by:-
-If you involve a third party i.e. sell Pexon goods and equipment you have purchased from Pexon PCs, your warranty/ guarantee is not transferable.
-If you involve a third party in the repair and/or interference with products and equipment you have purchased from Pexon PCs your warranty is automatically null and void.
-Misuse or abuse (fair use)
-Failure of cooling components (includes heatsinks, fans or failure of watercooling parts, PLEASE NOTE, this includes watercooling fittings/ components).
-The seal/ warranty sticker on the rear/ side panel of the case is damaged, removed or missing (this applies to personal computers).
-Power surges/cut causing damages
-Damage during transit – unless when specified insurance has been requested, by the customer to the full value of the goods.
The warranty claim is only valid in combination of original invoice and is at the discretion of Pexon PCs to replace or repair the defective product or defective component(s). The replaced product(s) are thereof property of Pexon PCs.
All warranty claims are accomplished by Pexon PCs or its recognized dealers. If the repair is carried out by a non authorised or assigned person, Pexon PCs does not take over liability or responsibility unless the repair has been previously agreed with Pexon Pcs.
Should you sell to a third party any Pexon PCs products and/or equipment within the 6 month warranty period your warranty with Pexon will automatically be terminated. Our contract is personal to the purchaser of the product, service and equipment and is not transferable to a third party.
All costs of repairs are not the responsibility of Pexon PCs.
It is important to state, that Pexon PCs will not be held responsible for damage caused by lack of care upon removing and adding new Keycaps to your own Keyboard or to a Keyboard sold to you by Pexon Pcs.The responsibility rests with the purchaser of the product. This also applies to Keycaps purchased from Pexon PCs for use on your own Keyboard or on a Keyboard sold to you by Pexon PCs. Damage caused on installation is not Pexon PCs responsibility. We are extremely happy to change your Keycaps onto your new Keyboard purchased from Pexon PCs at no additional cost.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by dust contamination, such as static charged dust/ metal filings; these can cause shorts and permanent damage.

Delivery of goods
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted and payment cleared. However, Pexon PCs will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Delivery dates are approximate only and not of any contractual effect, in good order, however, we accept no liability if the goods are damaged in transit. Pexon will ensure, as far as is practicable, that every effort is made to deliver the goods and will compensate to the insured value of the goods if lost. Any returned goods are returned to Pexon PCs at the risk of the buyer and at their cost.
Compensation is at the the discrection of PEXON PCs. If goods are delivered by tracked and signed to the address given by the buyer and you are not at to receive the goods, PEXON PCs will not be responsible for the re-delivery to the said address or return of the goods back to PEXON PCs, no refund of compensation will be offered.
If you cancel your order, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (If earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) If there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we were informed about your decision to cancel the order.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling, other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
If the goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify Pexon PCs in writing via email within 2 working days.
You must obtain a Returns Note for any goods returned to Pexon PCs and this note is available upon request.
If your goods are faulty, you must notify Pexon immediately. If cables are not connecting properly this will be evident within a short period of time. If the product is not returned for exchange or repair when the fault is noticed by you, Pexon will have the right to decide whether to offer a replacement, repair or refund. All exchanged goods will be like for like. There will be no deviation on this policy, because many of our products are made to order.
Lucky Dip Cables
Lucky Dip is a random selection of different cables. The Lucky Dip could comprise of a coil, double sleeved cable, a Micro, Mini or even a Filco keyboard cable as part of the package. Lucky dip gives you the opportunity to purchase a number of handmade cables at a significantly reduced price. The content value our Lucky Dip will far outweigh the normal retail price!
Should you purchase a Lucky Dip selection and not be satisfied with the contents of the selection, there will be no refund or return on these cables/items. We specify that Lucky Dip is a random selection of cables and we sell this selection at a discounted price. They are not pre-selected by the customer and therefore, the contents are at the discretion of Pexon PCs. However, all Lucky Dip orders will be guaranteed to exceed the normal retail price.
Limitation of Liability
The supplier's total liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.
Nothing in these conditions excludes or limits the liability of the Supplier for death or personal injury caused by the Supplier's negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
The Supplier will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure but unless the Supplier is negligent, the Supplier will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.
These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to English law and the English courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
The Supplier will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that the Supplier is prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods by any reason or cause beyond the Supplier's control. These events include acts of God, civil commotion, riots, flood, drought, fire, weather legislation or any acts by third party companies or individuals not either under contract to of employed by the Supplier.
Housekeeping in relation to Personal Computers
Here are a few tips to help keep your system running smoothly, efficiently and perform as well as the day it is delivered. These tips will also help keep your system in line with our warranty, so please take a few minutes to read!
Warning! When using electrical components, you should use basic safety precautions to minimize the risk to your system and yourself.
Keep work area clear. Ensure sufficient space for airflow around the entirety of the system. Overheating can cause instability, crashes and ultimately damaged components. Always allow your system to have sufficient ventilation.
Consider surroundings. Do not allow any part of your system to come into contact with damp or water. Do not use your system in the presence of flammable liquid or gases, this includes corrosive materials. Pexon PCs does not cover flood, water or environmental damage; damage including, storm, water, fire, overvoltage, high violence, war, insufficient air ventilation or other reasons.
Guard against electrical overload, shorting or insufficient power. This covers overloaded extension leads, we recommend, plugging system into its own single, electrical mains plug. Surge protection methods are also recommended.
Do not let pets or children near the system. Any electrical shocks, damage caused by or to pets, children, adults cannot be held responsible for by Pexon PCs
Keep system on a hard, flat and well supported surface.
Do not attempt to repair, fix or clean any mechanism or system at any time.
Do not store any system in excessive heat, humid/ damp or extreme cold conditions. Please note, this extends to point 2 regarding environment and surroundings.
Do not use any type of liquid spray or cleaning product (i.e. polish), on the exterior of case as it can cause permanent damage to internal components, Pexon Pcs does not take responsibility for any damage caused thereof. Use anti-static wipes to clean dust. Do not attempt to clean interior as this will void warranty.
Never forcefully pull the cord to disconnect it from the socket, from either the power supply or mains plug. Keep the cord away from heat, oil, water and sharp edges. Only use the power cord supplied. Avoid using extension leads and multi socketed extension leads, ensure clean, safe power is provided at all times in accordance to point 3
Ensure repairs, maintenance and internal cleaning carried out by Pexon Pcs, we will not take responsibility for a third party repair, maintenance or cleaning service, this will nullify the warranty instantly.
Do not attempt to alter any settings for hardware, in the BIOS or in the Windows environment. This extends to boot up settings and overclocking. Any attempt to alter any of these settings will instantly void warranty.
